Overview
Our program covers the fundamental aspects of kickboxing including the stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch techniques. We take pride in providing a complete and in-depth curriculum that will help you develop your skills and knowledge of the sport. At K2 our instructors are experienced professionals who will guide you in your journey towards mastering this beautiful and deadly martial art.
