Gi
Our Adult BJJ Gi program is focused on training with the traditional BJJ uniform, also known as the gi. This program is suitable for both beginners and advanced students who want to improve their gi-based techniques. In this program, you will learn how to use the gi to control your opponent and perform various techniques, such as chokes, armlocks, and sweeps. You will also develop your grip strength and overall conditioning through regular training.
No-Gi
Our Adult BJJ No-Gi program is focused on training without the traditional BJJ uniform. This program is suitable for both beginners and advanced students who want to improve their no-gi techniques. In this program, you will learn how to control your opponent using your body weight and pressure, and perform techniques such as leg locks, takedowns, and submissions. You will also improve your agility, balance, and coordination through regular training.
Women’s BJJ
Our Adult BJJ Women’s Only program is designed specifically for women who want to learn BJJ in a safe and supportive environment. In this program, you will train with other women and learn techniques that are tailored to your body type and strengths. You will also develop your confidence, self-defense skills, and overall fitness through regular training.
