DURATION OF AGREEMENT

Access is granted upon payment. Lifetime access is tied to the lifetime of the Service itself. Monthly and annual subscriptions grant access only for the paid term. Failure to pay will result in access termination.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products that are not in person training, all sales are final. There are no refunds once access has been granted. If you have questions before purchase, contact us at info@k2gym.com

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We aim for accuracy in our product descriptions, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors.

USER SUBMISSIONS

CODE OF CONDUCT/ GYM RULES

All members and guests must follow gym rules, maintain respectful conduct, and adhere to safety guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership for violation of any code of conduct

FACILITY USE & EQUIPMENT DISCLAIMER

All use of equipment and facilities must be supervised or authorized. Sentinel Athletics | K2 Boxing & Jiu Jitsu is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper or unsupervised use.

CHANGED TERMS

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept those changes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or Service, including data loss, financial loss, or personal injury. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the price you paid for the product.
